Ajax on verge of EUR 100 million adidas deal

Dutch Ajax Amsterdam is about to seal a multi-million sponsorship deal with adidas.
Adidas has been Ajax's shirt and sportswear sponsor since 5 July 2000. The current deal ends in mid 2009. But the two sides reportedly are close to a ten-year extension of the pact, valued at EUR 100 million.
That figure includes performance bonuses.
The club also has landed a valuable deal with insurance company Aegon, with approximately EUR 12 million a season riding on that sponsorship. That pact lasts to 2015.
