Athletic Bilbao launches credit card promotion

The Primera Liga club has become the latest of the country’s clubs to launch a credit card promotion. The program will be run in conjunction with Banesto Bank and will allow club members and fans to benefit from special deals.
One of the promotions allows cardholders to purchase season tickets at zero percent financing, so long as the balance is paid off in nine months. Cardholders will also get discounts at participating restaurants.
Club President Fernando Lamikiz said: “This will enable us to secure greater financial resources and allow members and fans to receive more advantages.” Banesto president Federico Outón added: “Banesto are proud to have chosen Athletic as a partner.”
