Reading has launched its new ticket facility

The Championship club launched a new facility at its Madejski Stadium. Fortress GB and Software4Sport provided a solution of a multifunctional smart card which tracks all supporters coming through the stadium’s turnstiles. The club now will be able to use the information collected to benefit fans. Supporters are able to book tickets over the phone or via the Internet and get an automatic access to the ground without the need to queue at the ticket office to collect tickets. The new system integrates with the club’s existing infrastructure, such as Talent Ticketing and CRM software and the Boca printers.
