MP & Silva has signed a contract with Italian Juventus that will organise, market and commercialise the club's Asia-Pacific summer tour, which is scheduled to take place from May 19 – 31, 2008.
The company will announce the club's itinerary in the next few months and has said that talks with several Asian football federations, football clubs, sponsors and companies have already been held regarding matches in the respective countries.
Juventus will bring its full first club squad, except those committed to EURO 2008, to play three matches during the promotional tour.
"Juventus FC is undoubtedly one of the best and most exciting football teams in the world, and we are proud and excited to be involved with a club of their pedigree," said Andrea Radrizzani, Chief Executive Officer, MP & Silva.
"Juventus Asia-Pacific Tour 2008 will provide the millions of Bianconeri (nickname for Juventus) fans in the region the rare opportunity of watching their favourite team live in action."
