Football Union takes in money from commercial rights

A total of USD 25 million flowed to the Russian Football Union (RFU) from selling its commercial rights.
RFU president Vitaly Mutko made the statement. The RFU executive committee also approved several sponsorship deals earlier this month, including one for USD 14 million deal with X5, the owner of successful Russian supermarket chains.
The RFU also signed on with SPORTFIVE to broadcast Russia's national team matches abroad.
