Bohemians to sell merchandise on eBay

The eircom Premier Division club announced that it will start selling its merchandise online after reaching an agreement with Internet giant eBay. (http://stores.ebay.ie/Bohemian-FC-Official-Online-Shop).

The club believes eBay’s far reaching marketing system will allow for maximization of merchandise sales. The club’s 2006 replica home jersey was available on the site starting April 6.

The club’s website announced the news. The statement said: “Through selling on eBay.ie we give ourselves the option to tap into a global market of 181 million people (and) hopefully bring the name of Bohemian Football Club to a much wider audience. We hope to continue to use eBay as a platform to sell to all of our fans, both here and abroad.”
