The dispute between the 1.Bundesliga club and the former assistant coach Thomas Brunner over the payment of € 30.678 has been settled in an agreement out of court. The former co-coach, which now acts as a players’ agent, had filed his claim in the Nuernberg labor court. The court however, requested both sides to hold conversations for an amicable solution. Meanwhile, the club’s former player Martin Driller has filed a claim in the same court against the club claiming € 110,000 for contract violation.
