On Friday evening, Italian clubs Juventus, Lazio, Fiorentina and AC Milan will know the result of their appeals to the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) for match-fixing.
The verdict is expected after the close of the stock market.
Juventus, which had its Serie A titles from the last two seasons revoked, was also demoted to Serie B and docked 17 points at the start of this season.
According to Italian sports newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus will be given back seven of those points.
Lazio, which lost 30 points from last season's Serie A total was also suspended from playing in the UEFA Cup this campaign. Lazio also had 11 points taken at the beginning of this season, but may also be given back seven points.
According to Gazzetta, CONI will be less forgiving with Fiorentina and AC Milan.
Fiorentina, which missed out on Champions League football this season, and had a 19-point deduction, have not cleared the punishment.
AC Milan have already cleared its eight-point penalty.
