An explanation will be forthcoming from Roman Romanov.
The Scottish Hearts chairman must explain his controversial remarks at an AGM to the Scottish Football Association. Romanov said his club had been "screwed" by referees and that the Premier League is fixed in favour of giants Celtic and Rangers.
It was part of a contentious meeting in which Romanov was assailed by supporters for the club's debts.
Now an SFA general purposes committee wants to hear exactly why Romanov said what he did.
The club has been down this road before. Romanov's father, Vladimir, lost his appeal against a GBP 10,000 fine in April last year after claiming on the club's website that referees were biased against Hearts. The club was also fined the same amount for carrying the comments on the website.
