Kewell is suing former England Int’l Lineker

Harry Kewel Liverpool’s midfielder has filed a libel claim of £ 150,000 in London’s High Court of Justice against Gary Lineker, following comments made in his column published on “The Sunday Telegraph” newspaper regarding Kewell’s transfer from Premier Leeds last summer. Lineker criticized Kewell’s agents which pocket £ 2m from the transfer but did contain some negative references to the player as well.
