Davide Lippi, the son of former Italy national coach Marcello Lippi, has been sent to trial for his involvement with sports management agency GEA World.
He is accused of "unfair competition through the use of threats and violence", and will appear before a court in Rome from 21 June.
An investigation has been conducted into GEA, which used to manage the careers of several footballers and coaches.
Former Juventus general manager Luciano Moggi, banned from football for five years for the match-fixing scandal which led to the club's relegation, also will appear in court as part of the investigation, along with his son Alessandro, who runs GEA.
