Chelsea was charged over Cole case

The Premier League club leaders have been charged over the alleged illegal approach to Arsenal's Ashley Cole. Manager Jose Mourinho has been charged of a breach of managers' conduct while the player faces charges over breaking a rule that governs approaches by players to clubs. Licensed agents, Jonathan Barnett, and Pini Zahavi, who acts for the player and the club respectively, are outside the jurisdiction of the Premier League, however the information will be forward to the English FA with regard to their actions in the matter. The club acknowledges the receipt of the Premier League charges and will continue to co-operate fully.
