Istanbulspor assets seized

The Superlig club owned by Uzan family saw his assets sized by the Turkish banking regulators after the owners bank (Imar Bank) collapsed last year. Although Cem Uzan resigned his position as president already in 1998, the family had retained control of the club through a complicated shareholding system.
