FIFA announced the 2006 World Cup figures

National teams who will play in the 2006 FIFA World Cup finals in Germany will each receive CHF10.37m (€6.7m), a 38% increase over the 2002 tournament in Japan and South Korea, as a result of an increased bonus pool of CHF332m.
