Bradford City to come out of administration

The League One club Company Voluntary Agreement which was approved last month by 78% of the creditors is being challenged by former chairman Gordon Gibb, which owns Valley Parade and who voted against the agreement. As a result of the recent objection, a court hearing will now be scheduled to decide whether the proposal has treated the dissenting creditor unfairly. However, the club’s plan to come out of administration by the end of October received a boost after the Inland Revenue decided not to appeal against a rescue package designed to bring the club out of administration.
