Clubs budget for season 2004/05

The three leading clubs of top-tier, Holland Casino Eredivisie, Ajax Amsterdam, Feyenoord Rotterdam and PSV Eindhoven, continues to present budgets scientifically higher than the rest of the league clubs. Ajax are topping the list with a €56m budget, followed by Feyenoord €53m and PSV €50m. Although SC Heerenveen positioned forth in the list, the club’s €17m budget is only around one third of the three leading clubs. FC Den Bosch is closing the 18 clubs list with a modest €4.3m budget. The clubs total €307.3m budgets shows a slight increase (around 2%) in respect to last season (2003/04) €301.6m budget. While De Graafschap sees around 27% increase of the budget from last season’s €4.9m to €6.7m, Vitesse sees its budget falls 21% to €12.7m.
