Rangers reduce annual losses

The Premier League club which suffered £ 35m of losses two years ago is expected to announce annual losses in the region of £ 5m. John McClelland, the club’s chairman believes qualification for the group phase of the UEFA Champions League is crucial not only to ensure that the club’s business plan, to alleviate debt, stays on track, but also in respect to the club’s application to join the G-14 group which will be heard in September.
