The Hungarian Football Federation will appoint accountants to any club in the country that is facing financial problems. The clubs in difficulties will have too meet the costs of the accountants, but the move is the latest to stabilize the Hungarian game's finances. The federation has instituted the changes this summer to fall into line with UEFA's club licensing scheme. 15 clubs have now met NB. 1 criteria and have been granted playing licenses for next season. Nyregyhzi is expected to complete the top- tier's complement of 16 sides. Meanwhile, the federation has also approved the relocation of two of the country's NB.1 clubs. Balaton has been granted a move to the city of Miskolc, while fellow Lombard FC Tatabnya will play in Papa next season.
