The Premier Liga club will receive financial assistance from investment group SOK, the company that controls Russia's largest car making plant - AvtoVaz. The club is also to be given financial support from the regional authorities. "According to my information, the club’s budget will be comparable to that of the top eight clubs of the league," said Coach Gadzhi Gadzhiyev. According to media reports, the budget for next year has been set at US$ 30m. The club, which faced financial limbo earlier this year when chairman German Tkachenko resigned but was saved by a group of investors, is also keen for Gadzhiyev and various leading players to renew their contracts.
