AaB reports H1 losses

Adjust font size: Decrease font Enlarge font
The Super Legue club has made a loss of €500,000 in the first three months of the year. The board is blaming a lack of sponsorship money as the main reason for the disappointing financial results and could be forced to sell some of its players later in the next six months. One of the Aalborg clubs directors, Tom Matthiesen, has resigned although he will stay on as a consultant until 15 June. ‚’We will sell one or several football players if it turns out that that is necessary in order to achieve our target of making a profit in 2005,’’ the club said on its website.
