The Premier League club director Pearse Flynn says that the club could be out of administration within weeks. Former club chairman Dominic Keane had agreed to transfer his majority shareholding to the club’s prospective new owners the Lionheart Consortium. : According to Flynn, creditors still have to be paid and the Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA) still has to be executed, as well as finalising deals on the lease of the stadium and the other businesses connected to the club like the nightclub and banqueting and catering facilities.
