The company behind eircom club Shelbourne has not been dismantled yet.
The winding-up order against Accolade Ltd has been withdrawn.
In a High Court ruling issued last month, Accolade Ltd had been granted an adjournment until 2 October to clear outstanding debts owed to the Revenue Commissioners. The amount was believed to be in excess of EUR 104,000.
"Following clarification of the issues raised by the club at the recent court case and the payment of EUR 104,000, we have received a letter from the solicitors acting for Revenue, stating that the winding-up order on the club is being withdrawn," said club chief executive Ollie Byrne in a statement on the club's website.
"We would also like to report that we have secured the Donnelly family interests in Tolka Park, which secures the pathway for the future of the club. Having the winding-up order withdrawn and securing the Donnelly interest in Tolka Park, while it lifts some weight from our shoulders, does not get over the financial difficulties of the club."
Byrne said the club needed supporters at matches to help the club.
