After 18 months in administration, Welsh Wrexham finally will leave for private hands.
Under Football League rules, the club was required to leave administrators Begbies Traynor before the opening fixture of the League Two season Saturday at Wycombe.
The consortium led by former director Neville Dickens finally will have control of the club after making their purchase official.
Doubts were raised over the purchase after the league expressed concerns about multi-millionaire Steve Morgan's role in the deal to transfer ownership to Dickens and Geoff Moss.
But a contingency plan was followed over the financing of the Wrexham deal to allow the club to come out of administration this afternoon.
