UEFA hands out solidarity payments

UEFA will distribute solidarity payments of EUR 43.2 million to some of its member associations, while EUR 36 million will go to leagues that participated in this year's Champions League.

Last season's will receive EUR 7.2 million, according to UEFA.com.

To be eligible, clubs must have an youth development programme as approved by UEFA.

England will receive the most, at EUR 6.515 million, followed by Italy (EUR 6.465 million), Germany (EUR 4.056 million), Spain (EUR 3.861 million) and France (EUR 3.409 million). The Netherlands, Greese, Turkey, Scotland and Denmark round out the top 10.
