Soccerex launch international football club summit

Adjust font size: Decrease font Enlarge font
Research at Soccerex 2007 indicated that 92 percent of Football Clubs would like Soccerex to become their annual 1-stop-shop for business, catering for all their commercial needs in one location. In response to this request, the Soccerex Conference has evolved and will hold the International Football Club Summit (IFCS) in addition to the Soccerex Studio panels.

The IFCS will present a programme of sector-specific networking & learning workshops, focused on maximizing revenue streams for Clubs. Account Managers are working closely with Football Clubs to construct a programme that will reflect their business needs, and create a platform for buyers & sellers to meet and do business.

The new conference programme will be structured around what rights holders want to learn, with sector specific events to encompass a discussion forum, networking session and keynote address compressed into 90 minutes!

Innovative 'workshops' and networking opportunities will be hosted within the centre of the exhibition halls, generating an extra 'buzz' within the convention.

Intensive and concentrated sessions will marry Clubs' objectives with Suppliers' solutions, providing an opportunity for buyers to speak directly to the suppliers in the football industry and share ideas with their peers.

Sectors focused upon this year include: Stadia, Law & Finance, Media, Licensing, Sponsorship, and Player Development.
