EURO 2012 problems continues

Adjust font size: Decrease font Enlarge font
There have been continuous delays in the Kiev stadium renovations, and Ukraine has reportedly broken communications with Archasia Design Group, the firm responsible for the work.

The visit from UEFA President Michel Platini is just days away, and Ukraine and Poland could lose the right to host EURO 2012.

Since January, UEFA has held major concerns regarding the country's ability to host the tournament, when construction was said to be progressing too slowly.

Ukraine plans to offer a new proposal to UEFA, after hiring a new construction company this week. They will be reviewing 15 bids for the job.

Poland is also said to have major construction issues, some regarding roads, hotels, and airports.
