Livingston takeover bid is still not completed

The Lionheart Consortium group headed by Irish businessman Pearse Flynn,is eager to finalize the deal and secure the club's future. But it remains unsure when former club chairman Dominic Keane, who is still the club's majority shareholder, intends to transfer his stake, and to complete the agreement. Keane however insisted the stake would be transferred to the administrator.
