Romanov increase stack in Heart of Midlothian

Businessman Vladimir Romanov, who raised his stake in the club to 29.905% will continue to increase his holdings and now will conduct negotiations with Scottish Media Group, which holds a 20% stake in the club. Romanov is also trying to find a way of pulling out of the £20.5m Tynecastle ground deal with Cala Management Ltd. If the deal will be terminated the club is obliged for a £75,000 penalty payment.
