The Premier League club has announced to the London Stock Exchange that Chris Robinson sold his entire 19.6% stake to Lithuanian investor Vladimir Romanov for €1.25m. Romanov has agreed an option to pull out of the deal for a penalty fee of £50,000. Romanov will ask Cala Management Ltd, the buyers of Tynecastle stadium, if the club can continue to play there for a limited time after the sale. Robinson, however, will step down as chief executive officer when the share sale is completed.
