Livingston future in doubt again

Although Flynn's Lionheart consortium has already taken over the management of the Premiership club, Pearse Flynn the owner-in-waiting cannot take full control until Dominic Keane former chairman will relinquishes his 75 per cent stake in the club. Keane is seeking certain guarantees from bankers Halifax Bank of Scotland before he gives in to Flynn, but talks with the bank have now reached an impasse. Keane is determined not giving up his shareholding and if that continues the club could go out of business.
