Shinnik Yaroslavl president keep post despite administration

Nikolay Tonkov, the Russian senator, will keep his post as the president of the Premier Liga club, although the club in his regime has been sent into administration. Tonkov has managed to get the support of Yarosavl region governor, and the mayor of Yaroslavl. Governor Anatoly Lisitsin and mayor Viktor Volonciunas will take control on the financing of the club, while Tonkov will manage the other activities.
