Neville Dickens, now senior vice-president of Welsh Football Club Wrexham, has sold his stakes to Geoff Moss, business partner. Dickens still plans to participate in decisions regarding the club.
Moss now has sole ownership of the club, though Dickens will maintain an influential role on the board. The club is currently working on redevelopment plans on the Racecourse Ground in an attempt to clear GBP 4 million worth of club debts.
According to Moss, Dickens sold the stakes to prevent any dissension over the redevelopment, as the vice-president owns surrounding land on the Racecourse Ground. He stated that they will be building flats for North East Wales Institute students on the property.
