After admitting to the Stock Exchange that they are in talks with an investor, English Southampton said the talks remain ongoing, though nothing has been decided.
SISU Capital made an approach last year but did not get the approval of the major shareholders. That led to mass resignations on the club.
SISU later bought into English Coventry City.
