The Association of Football Agents, which claims to speak for 70 percent of the agents registered in England, raised strong objections to some of the Football Association's points to change the game.
After Lord Stevens said he could not sign off on 17 suspicious deals during his bungs inquiry, the FA and FIFA sought reforms in the way agents do business.
The FA wants to introduce a rule, effective 1 Sept., that any foreign agents wanting to work in England must register with them. But that could come up against a legal challenge by the AFA.
The AFA are also objecting to FA plans to eliminate clubs paying the players' agents on their behalf. Also on the objection list is a new time limit preventing agents who act for one side in a deal switching to the other side within the span of two transfer windows.
